If you would like to exchange an item, the return shipping cost back to us is covered by the customer. Once we receive and approve the item, we will ship the replacement one time free of charge.
If you choose to return an item for a refund, the return shipping cost is also the responsibility of the customer. In addition, the original shipping cost paid for sending the order to you will be deducted from the refund amount.
