Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
For quick and careful handling, we recommend downloading the return form and including it with your return shipment. If you are unable to do so, simply contact Laura at laura@moleculeclothing.shop and she will assist you.
Return Period
Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

In original condition

With original tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size):

Return shipping to us is the responsibility of the customer.

Once received and approved, we will ship the replacement one time free of charge.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
If you choose to return an item for a refund:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

The original shipping cost paid for sending the order will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Washed items

Items damaged due to misuse

Final sale items (if clearly marked as such)
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately with:

Clear photos of the issue
We will resolve the matter at no additional cost to you.
Responsible Purchasing
We do not offer unlimited free returns. Every shipment has an environmental impact.
We encourage thoughtful purchasing and recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering.
